Returns, exchanges, and refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Wahooked. Because our products are custom printed specifically for you, we handle returns and exchanges a little differently than traditional stores.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we are so sorry! We want to make it right immediately.
- Timeframe: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Process: Email us at Wahooked@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged, defective, or wrong item/print.
- Resolution: We will send out a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Sizing, exchanges, or "Buyer's Remorse"
Because each item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection (please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering).
- Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders go into production very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been sent to our printing partner, we can no longer cancel it.
4. How to Start a Claim
To start a claim for a damaged or defective item:
- Subject Line: Return Claim - [Order #]
- Include a brief description of the issue.
- Attach high-quality photos of the product (and the shipping label if the package was damaged).
Shipping
How long will it take to get my gear? Since we are a print-on-demand brand, each item is made specifically for you when you order it.
- Production Time: 2–5 business days.
- Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your distance from our Florida roots).
- Total Arrival: Most customers see their gear in about 7–10 business days.
Where do you ship from? While our heart is in Florida, we use a network of high-quality printing partners to ensure your order gets to you as efficiently as possible. Most domestic orders are printed and shipped right here in the USA.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order hits the mail, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can watch its journey to your doorstep.
Sizing & Care
How do your clothes fit? Most of our apparel features a modern, retail fit. Our tees are generally true-to-size, but if you prefer a looser "beach fit," we recommend sizing up. Check the Size Chart on each product page for exact measurements.
How should I wash my Wahooked gear? To keep your prints vibrant through countless sunsets, follow these steps:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry (the Florida way).
- Do not iron directly on the design.
